About time too.
Even if it comes to nought and one hopes it doesn’t, it sends a message to the countryside criminals using poison that it is unacceptable and one day the law will find them.
Again, we need to know who is being investigated. It isn’t like these are allegations of criminal behaviour: they have removed banned poisons, that is definitive, so where was it?
This anonymity only protects the miscreants.

great to see a bit of action. sad that it is still not much different from when I was an RSPB warden at loch garten in the 70s.
Great lets hope this time somebody gets prosecuted.
just goes to show…..these types of offences are detectable.
dont listen to those that say they cant.
just needs the same resources as any other crimes.
Trained police officers working in conjunction with specialist organisations, acting quickly in response to sound intellegence and good enquiry.
Anything less will not result in success.
Investigations into wildlife crime fail most commonly because police do not investigate using these principles.
