Police in Northern Ireland are appealing for information following the discovery of two dead peregrines.
The birds were found on Sunday 17th May close to Thornyforde Bridge in the Waringstown area, Co. Armagh. A post mortem revealed they had been shot.

Yes cretinous morons, I did not realise until the other day that according to information on the GWCT website , on the Langholm project, link from that,that in Scotland last year 73 Raven control licences were issued, read all about it, siting severe problems with sheep and lambing problems,due to Ravens, I did not know this at all, I did think that the Raven was not doing as well as could be in that area, no wonder now.
