Is this following the familiar pattern of one adjournment after another until all the original importance of the case has been buried in the distant past and no longer merits (in the eyes of the prosecution that is) the attention to sentencing it deserves.
And what did you expect from this whole rotten edifice? Sooner or later someone is going to get tired of this and try some assertive action instead with these people……………………….

There is far too much persecution of birds of prey in Scotland to let this be forgotten
