What a surprise!
Excellent news that there is now closure on this case. To have such a spurious charge hanging over you for four years must have been stressfull.
For once I have to agree with you Grouseman, it must have been very stressfull to the gamekeeper knowing that he has been accused rightly or wrongly of such medievil barbaric and totally uneccessary practices in this day and age. Everyone knows that no dedicated professional gamekeeper would ever be caught doing such dastardly things to wildlife, would they?
The wheels of justice certainly move slowly, but at least the lawyers make plenty of money out of it.
